I have a problem. Literally this entire week I ate 5 meals full of fried and cheesy and completely unhealthy foods. I don’t know why I was able to eat clean and work out all the time last summer, but ever since October I’ve been over eating and being just so unhealthy. I am so upset with my self. I need to stop ruining all the hard work I always put in. I’m not ok with all of this.
